Paths here map straight onto disk, so this one does not exist. The two usual reasons are a rename — recorded in the changelog — or a typo in a hash prefix, which is easy to do and impossible to guess around.
The path layout is short enough to read in a minute if you want to reconstruct the URL by hand.
